MURDER REMAINS UNSOLVED

Albert Seaburg
The Leon County Sheriff's Office and the Florida
Department of Law Enforcement are requesting assistance
from the public in helping solve a murder. Citizens in
the vicinity at the time of the crime may have witnessed
something relevant and are encouraged to contact law
enforcement.
Albert Seaburg, age 71, of Elmhurst Illinois, was
murdered at the Tallahassee Best Inn Motel, 2738 Graves
Road, on September 4, 1997. Mr. Seaburg, a guest at the
hotel, was killed during what is believed to be a
robbery. It is believed two men were involved with the
crime and may have been loitering in the area before
Seaburg was killed. A $25,000 reward is being offered by
the family for information leading to the
arrest/conviction of anyone connected with the murder.
A composite sketch of a person loitering in the area
prior to the murder is available.
Anyone who may have seen strange vehicles or
suspicious activity in the area on the day in question is
urged to call the Leon County Sheriff's Office, Crimes
